Import Event Information Text File(s)
  • You must have the *.txt file in the 'Import' folder.
  • Customer ID must exist in Synergy otherwise you must manually change the Customer ID to a valid record.
  • When the process has been completed the file will automatically be copied to the 'Archive' folder.
  • Please note the text below will provide you with the Event ID and any information about a record that might be failing.
